The following paddock and feeding options
are available at Adonai:
A. Retired horses / Spelling Paddock grass only
10 Acres of long grass on a rich soil with a beautiful creek running along the boundary. $216 per calendar month. This property is a couple of kilometers from Adonai on Cattai Ridge Road. The main facilities are still available for this option if you are able to float your horse. Worming, trimming and vaccinations are available on request. No Rugging available for this option.
B. Shared five acre paddock (no more than four horses).
Fully post and rail fenced with electric fencing, shelter and auto feed water trough. Full access to the facilities including under cover arena, outdoor arena with jumps, round yard, wash bay, tack shed and free float parking. One hard feed in the morning consisting of 4 Scoops of prime lucent chaff, 2 scoops of oaten chaff and one scoop (approx 1.1 kilos) of non heating pellets. The evening feed is on biscuit of race horse lucent hay. We tend to separate the geldings from the mares which has proved to provide a lot of harmony in the paddocks. Due to the size of the grazing this feed program will suit even TB’s with a switch to hard feeds a day during winter for a small increase. $548.16 per calendar month . Rugging available for an extra $33 per week.
Full use of all the facilities and free float parking.
C. Private paddock with stable adjoining and shelter.
Tailored feeding program to suit your horses needs. Very close to the tack shed and arena. Would suite a very regular rider.
